Rosemary Gardens - our own hydroponic sprout farm

Here at Raynor's we pioneered on-site hydroponics back in 2019, installing our Rosemary Gardens shoot-growing operation to provide the freshest possible mustard cress for our justly famous egg and cress sandwiches (ask anyone).

Now, in 2023, we're growing all sorts of seedling crops - kale cress, radish leaf, pea shoots.

 

If it sprouts, we can grow it - zero food miles from where we use it.
